In order to dine at the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse, go on a one-mile journey through the woods by hiking, biking or riding a Jeep in the summer, or by cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling in the winter. Once at the Cookhouse, enjoy the four-course dinner consisting of appetizers, soup or salad, entrees of specialty meats, such as lamb, elk, salmon, chicken or vegetarian dishes, and dessert. Reservations are required.
