Located 12,000 feet above Leadville, the yurts offers secluded backcountry accommodations. There are two of these tent-like yurts, Emma and Kate, which provide year-round shelter for those wanting an outdoors experience. Inside guests will find a lantern, a wood stove for heating and cooking and enough beds to sleep five people in each unit. Reservations are required. Directions can be obtained from the website and from the main office.
